Bahan-Bahan:
20 biji kuning telur (disejukkan)
5 biji diambil putihnya
250 gm gula halus
150 gm tepung
1 sudu ovalett
1 sudu baking powder		 250 gm mentega
4 sudu makan susu pekat
1 sudu makan coffee oil
½ sudu teh garam halus
50 cc air sejuk
Sedikit pewarna merah
Cara:
Pukul mentega, susu pekat, garam dan coffee oil sampai lembut lalu diketepikan. Masukkan pula semua bahan-bahan yang lain, kecuali pewarna merah, lalu dipukul sampai pekat. Campurkan kedua adunan sambil dikacau sampai rata. Adunan dibahagi kepada 1/3 untuk diwarnkana merah, sementara 2/3 lagi dibiarkan putih. Dengan api grill, bakar selapis-selapis dengan dua lapisan putih dan satu lapisan merah, Bakar sampai habis.
