Bahan-Bahan:
400 gm mentega
20 biji kuning telur
12 biji diambil putihnya
190 gm tepung naik sendiri		 300 gm gula caster
300 gm coklat chips
½ tin susu pekat
1 sudu teh esen vanila
Cara:
Pukul putih telur sampai separuh kembang. Masukkan gula dan kuning telur. Pukul lagi sampai pekat. Mentega dipukul bersama susu pekat. Mentega dipukul bersama susu pekat dan esen vanila sampai ringan. Satukan kedua adunan tadi lalu diayak pula tepung naik sendiri. Kacau sampai rata. Dengan menggunakan api grill, bakar selapis-selapis dengan menaburkan coklat chips pada setiap lpisan yang keempat. Ulang lagi sampai habis.
