Bahan-Bahan:
20 biji kuning telur
9 diambil putihnya
500 gm mentega
400 gm gula halus
170 gm tepung gandum		 3 sudu makan susu pekat
1 paket (250 gm) cooking chocolate (perlu dicairkan dan ambil 4 sudu makan)
1 sudu esen vanila
1 sudu makan jilk atau ovalett
Cara:
Mentega, esen vanila dan susu pekat dipukul sampai putih dan ringan. Putih telur dipukul sampai kembang, masukkan gula, kuning telur dan jilk. Pukul lagi sampai pekat. Satukan adunan mentega ke adunan telur. Masukkan tepung dan kacau rata-rata. Ambil 1/3 bahagian dimasukkan 'cooking chocolate'. Bakar selapis-selapis dengan dua lapis dan satu lapis coklat. Bakar sampai habis.
