Bahan-Bahan:
8 biji telur ayam
380 gm mentega
270 gm gula halus
270 gm tepung gandum		 2 sudu makan susu pekat
1 sudu teh esen vanila
250 gm kelapa kering dalam tin
Secubit baking powder dan pewarna hijau
Cara:
Mentega, susu dan esen vanila dipukul hingga kembang. Putih telur dipukul bersama baking powder sampai kembang. Masukkan gula dan kuning telur sebiji-sebiji sampai habis. Pukul lagi sampai pekat. Masukkan adunan mentega ke adunan telur. Campurkan kelapa kering dan ayakan tepung sambil dikacau rata-rata. Titikan pewarna hijau sedikit sahaja. Dengan api grill, bakar selapis-selapis sampai habis.
