Sedikit cendawan hitam (dipotong)
Sedikit garam sebagai perisa
Minyak untuk menggoreng
Sedikit air
5 keping tauhu Jepun (dipotong dan digoreng terlebih dahulu)
Cara:
Tumis bawang putih sehingga garing dan masukkan sedikit sos tiram. Kacau hingga sebati. Campurkan lobak dan cendawan hitam yang telah dipotong. Akhir sekali, masukkan air serta tepung kanji untuk kuah yang lebih pekat. Setelah masak, hidangkan untuk dimakan bersama tauhu Jepun yang telah digoreng.
