1 kg ayam, dipotong mengikut suka
2 camca besar cuka
1 camca teh gula
1 cawan air
Garam secukupnya
Bahan-bahan dikisar:
5 biji bawang merah
3 biji buah keras
10 tangkai cili kering
2.5 sm lengkuas
1 camca teh biji sawi
Cara:
Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga garing. Masukkan ayam. Kacau 10 minit. Masukkan cuka, gula, air dan garam. Kacau rata. Apabila kuah pekat dan ayam empuk baru di angkat.
Tambahan:
Jika suka boleh masukkan kubis dan timun yang dipotong memanjang.
