Kari Ikan Pulau Mutiara

Bahan-Bahan:
600 gm ikan bawal hitam atau ikan tenggiri
6 sudu besar serbuk kari ikan
1 sudu besar halba campur
2 sudu besar air asam jawa
1 helai daun kari
1 biji kelapa (diambil santannya)
2/3 terung bulat (dipotong empat)
4/5 kacang bendi
3 biji tomato
2 biji cili merah (dibelah dua)
2 biji cili hijau (dibelah dua)		 Bahan-bahan kisar:
80 gm udang kering
240 gm bawang merah kecil
25 gm cii kering
Cara:
Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumiskan bahan-bahan yang dikisar sehingga terbit baunya. Masukkan pula serbuk kari ikan, halba campur, daun kari dan tumiskan selama tiga minit. Selepas itu, masukkan pula pati asam jawa dan santan cair. Diikuti pula dengan terung bulat. Panaskan dengan api yang kecil sebelum memasukkan santan pekat berserta iakan dan kacang bendi. Setelah mendidih, masukkan pula garam, tomato, cili merah dan cili hijau.
