Bahan-Bahan:
240 g mentega
90 g gula kastor
1 camca besar susu segar
210 g tepung serba guna
2 camca besar bijan panggang
Gula kastor secukupnya
Cara:
Cairkan mentega di dalam periuk di atas api perlahan. Putar mentega cair tadi bersama gula kastor dan susu segar hingga ia berkrim, 1-2 minit. Masukkan tepung serba guna bersama bijan, putar hingga ia sebati. Bentuk doh seperti bebola dan golekkan ia pada gula kastor. Buat hingga habis adunan. Bakar ia pada suhu 180'C, 15-20 minit.
