Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam, dipotong 14
20 gm cili boh
15 gm puri tomato
250 gm santan, daripada sebiji kelapa
cawan air asam jawa
15 gm gula
70 gm minyak makan
Garam secukupnya
Bahan-bahan dikisar:
5 ulas bawang putih
4 sm lengkuas
1 batang serai
2 sm belacan
4 biji bawang merah
Cara:
Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga wangi. Masukkan cili boh. Kacau hingga garing. Masukkan ayam, gula, garam dan puri tomato. Kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan santan pekat dan air asam jawa. Masak hingga pekat.
