Bahan-Bahan:
1.5 kg ayam
2 biji kelapa, diambil santannya
2 biji limau nipis, diambil airnya
3 batang serai, dititik
500 gm ubi kentang, dipotong bulat
200 gm minyak masak
Garam secukupnya

Bahan-bahan digiling halus:
150 gm serbuk ketumbar
100 gm jintan manis		 50 gm kunyit basah
100 gm buah keras
125 gm buah pala
20 gm bunga cengkih
10 gm buah pelaga
30 gm kulit kayu manis
150 gm bawang merah
50 gm bawang putih
50 gm halia
Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Campurkan air asam limau bersama santan, garam dan bahan-bahan digiling halus. Kemudian gaulkan bersama ayam dan perap sejam. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan ayam dan serai. Kacau 10 minit. Kemudian keluarkan ayam, letakkan di atas dulang bersama ubi kentang dan masak didalam ketuhar 15 minit. Apabila masak baru diangkat.
