Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam, dipotong 10
5 helai daun limau purut
1 batang bunga kantan, dihiris
500 ml santan, daripada sebiji kelapa
150 ml minyak masak
8 tangkai cili hijau, dikisar		 20 ulas bawang putih, dikisar
3 camca sedang serbuk kari ayam
0.50 sen daun selasih
100 gm tomato kecil
Garam secukupnya
Kunyit secukupnya
Cara:
Ayam digaul garam dan kunyit. Goreng hingga kuning. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga wangi. Masukkan serbuk kari ayam. Kacau hingga garing. Kemudian masukkan santan dan garam. Kacau hingga sebati. Masak hingga pekat baru masukkan bunga kantan, daun selasih, daun limau purut dan tomato kecil. Kacau rata. Biarkan mendidih menggunakan api kecil.
