Stew Ayam dan Epal

Bahan-Bahan:
2 ketul dada ayam (dipotong kecil)
2 biji cili Cameron Highlands (green bell pepper)
2 biji tomato (dibelah dua)
3 biji bawang besar (dibelah empat)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
2 helai daun bay		 ¼ sudu kecil oregano
¼ sudu kecil paprika
1 sudu besar mentega
2 biji epal (buang bahagian tengah dan potong empat)
1 batang lobak merah (dipotong dadu)
Cara:
Panaskan mentega, tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau dan masukkan ayam. Masukkan bawang besar, lobak merah dan dua cawan air. Bila mendidih nasukkan daun bay, oregano, paprika, tomato, green bell pepper dan epal. Masak di atas api perlahan hingga ayam empuk dan kuah pekat. Masukkan garam mengikut rasa. Setelah pekat boleh dihidangkan dengan nasi atau kentang lecek.
