Bahan-Bahan:
600 g tepung beras
300 g gula pasir
2 camca teh garam		 2000 ml santan
2 helai daun pandan, ditumbuk, diramas bersama 125 ml air dan ditapis
Cara:
Satukan tepung beras bersama gula pasir dan garam, gaul hingga ia sebati. Tuang santan bersama air daun pandan, kacau hingga ia sebati. Tapis bancuhan di dalam periuk sederhana besar dan kacau perlahan-lahan di atas api sederhana besar hingga ia hampir pekat. Angkat dan tuang ke dalam loyang yang telah dilengser dengan sedikit minyak masak. Bakar ia pada suhu 300'C, 30 minit atau hingga ia kekuningan. Biar ia sejuk sebelum dipotong.
