Bahan-Bahan:
3 biji epal (buang kulit dan hiris nipis)
100 ml krim
4 sudu besar gula kastor
4 biji telur (pukul sampai kembang)
Setitik esen vanila
Cara:
Panaskan ketuhar pada suhu 190C. Susun hirisan epal ke dalam acuan puding atau kaserol. Pukul telur bersama gula hingga kembang dan masukkan krim. Pukul lagi hingga kembang. Masukkan esen vanila dan curah ke atas epal yang telah disusun. Tabur sultana(kismis) dan bakar di dalam ketuhar selama 15 hingga 20 minit atau hingga bahagian atas berwarna perang.
