Ayam Goreng Berperisa

Bahan-Bahan:
500g ayam (potong kecil)
3 sudu besar rempah kari daging
1 biji telur ayam
1 sudu besar garam
1 cawan tepung beras
2 cawan minyak untuk menggoreng
Cara:
Bersihkan ayam. Perapkan ayam bersama rempah kari dan garam selama 20 minit. Gaul bersama telur ayam dan biarkan selama 5 minit. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Sediakan tepung beras dalam mangkuk. Golekkan ayam satu persatu dalam tepung beras sambil menggoreng. Masak hingga agak keperangan. MMMMM.... sedap dan menyelerakan.
Cadangan Hidangan:
Enak dimakan bersama nasi atau cicah pada sos cili. Wow! Boleh fight ayam KFC sebab terasa rempah-ratusnya.
