Bahan-Bahan:
5 biji - Kentang
2 biji - Telur
½ sudu - lada hitam
garam secukup rasa
Cara:
1. Potong kentang nipis 1cm, rebus hingga empuk & toskan.
2. Pukul telur, garam & lada hitam.
3. Celup kentang ke dalam telur & goreng keemasan. toskan..
4. ulangkan.. celup kentang sekali lagi ke dlm telur & goreng hingga keemasan. Toskan.
Cadangan Hidangan:
Sedap jika di cicah dgn sos cili/tomato.
Tambahan:
Kentang hendaklah di goreng & celup sekurang-kurangnya 2 kali. kalau inginkan salutan lebih tebal, memadai 3 kali ulang proses gorengan..
