Bahan-Bahan:
1 ekor ayam, jangan dipotong-potong
100 gm serbuk rempah kuzi
biji kelapa, diambil semangkuk santan
100 gm bawang goreng
125 gm sos tomato
Minyak untuk menumis
100 gm bahan-bahan menumis (cengkih, bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis)
Cara:
Ayam digoreng tiga suku masak. Bahan-bahan menumis dikisar halus. Panaskan minyak. Tumis rempah kuzi yang dibancuh bersama sedikit air hingga garing. Masukkan sos tomato. Biar sebentar baru dimasukkan ayam. Kacau rata. Masukkan santan, bawang goreng (diramas dahulu). Biar masak hingga pekat baru diangkat.
