Bahan-Bahan:
5 biji kentang (Rebus dengan garam dan dilecek)
2 biji telur (pukul sekejap)
1 bawang besar (cincang dadu)
Daun saderi/ bawang (potong halus)
Sedikit jintan manis (ditumbuk)
Sedikit lada hitam (ditumbuk)
Sedikit minyak masak.

Kulit popia untuk membalut
Cara:
1. Masukkan telur ke dalam kentang lecek. Gaul rata.
2. Masukkan bawang, daun, jintan dan lada tumbuk. Gaul rata.
3. Bubuh dalam kulit popia dan lipat 4 segi. Masak atas kuali leper hingga agak garing.

Nota: Untuk lebih sedap boleh campur sedikit susu UHT atau mentega.
