Bahan-Bahan:
10 biji bawang besar, dibuang kulit
Minyak untuk menggoreng
150 gm tepung gandum
2 cawan air
500 gm daging kisar		 100 gm beras
230 gm sos tomato
30 gm sos cili
Garam secukupnya
Cara:
Rebus bawang 7 minit. Angkat dan sejukkan. Kemudian siat kelopak bawang satu demi satu (jangan putus), biarkan bulat. Ketepikan. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tuang tepung gandum ke dalam minyak panas dan goreng. Masukkan air. Kacau sebati. Masukkan daging kisar, beras, sos tomato, sos cili dan garam. Kacau rata. Kemudian sumbatkan gorengan tadi ke dalam kelopak bawang hingga habis. Atur kelopak-kelopak bawang di dalam periuk berisi air. Tutup dan biar hinga masak di atas api sederhana.
