Bahan-Bahan:
600 gm daging lembu
2 batang serai
10 ulas bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
20 tangkai cili kering
1 cm lengkuas
1 cm halia
200 ml santan
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Cara:
Potong daging, bersihkan dan toskan. Mayang halus serai, bawang merah dan bawang putih. Tumbuk halus cili kering, halia dan lengkuas. Masukkan kesemuanya ke dalam santan dan masakkan di atas api sederhana. Biarkan mendidh dan keringkan. Pastikan bahan perasa dimasak secukupnya.
