Bahan-Bahan:
1 kg peparu lembu, direbus dan dipotong kecil-kecil
4 camca sedang kicap manis
1 cawan minyak untuk menumis
Garam dan gula secukupnya
Bahan-bahan dikisar:
2 biji bawang besar
2 sm halia
2 ulas bawang putih
15 tangkai cili kering
Cara:
Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis bahan-bahan kisar hingga garing. Masukkan gula, garam dan kicap. Kacau lagi. Akhir sekali masukkan peparu. Kacau hingga sebati. Apabila cukup masak angkat dan dihidangkan.
