Pasta Bolognese Pedas 1.00

Bahan-Bahan:
200 gm pasta putih bentuk tiub
200 gm bebola daging
1 labu bawang besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 tin sedang tomato puri
1 cawan sos tomato
½ sudu kecil oregano kering		 ½ sudu kecil daun basil
½ sudu kecil daun thyme
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
1 sudu kecil cili boh
3 tangkai daun ketumbar (potong halus)
1 cawan air
1 sudu besar minyak masak
Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Rebus pasta hingga lembut dan tos airnya. Sementara itu panaskan minyak di dalam periuk. Tumis semua jenis bawang dan masukkan cili boh. Gaul hingga garing. Masukkan pula tomato puri, sos tomato dan air. Kacau hingga mendidih dan masukkan bebola daging. Biarkan masak. Campurkan oregano, basil, thyme, daun ketumbar, lada hitam dan garam secukup rasa. Kacau lagi dan bila pekat, angkat. Tuangkan ke atas pasta. Sedap dimakan panas-panas.
