Bahan-Bahan:
4 ekor udang galah (400-500 gm)
200 gm beras kuning / nasi beriani
160 gm acar
4 helai daun salad
2 helai daun limau purut
1 batang serai (dihiris halus)		 4 sudu besar santan
1 sudu besar bawang kecil
1 sudu besar minyak jagung
1 sudu kecil bawang putih
1 sudu kecil cili kisar
½ sudu kecil halia
Cara:
Goreng bawang kecil, bawang putih, halia serai, cili kisar & daun limau purut seminit dengan minyak kelapa. Campurkan santan & biarkan ia mendidih. Setelah itu masukkan garam, lada sulah & air perahan limau. Potong 2 udang galah & gaulkan bahan-bahan di atas. Kemudian bakar dengan menggunakan kepanasan 180C selama 15 minit. Sesudah itu udsang galah, nasi (dibentuk) & acar di atas pinggan secantik mungkin.
