Bahan-Bahan:
125 gm pasta bentuk reben
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
2 ulas bawang merah (dicincang)
100 gm brokoli (dipotong kecil)
1 tin kecil jagung (ditapis dan ambil jagungnya)
1 sudu besar minyak masak
15 gm mentega		 1 biji telur
4 sudu besar double cream
1 sudu besar lada hitam
1 kiub stok ayam
2 cawan air
Garam secukup rasa
Cara:
Rebus pasta hingga lembut dan tos airnya. Ketepikan sebentar. Sementara itu panaskan periuk dan tumis bawang merah dan putih. Masukkan kiub ayam, air, double cream dan biar hingga mendidih. Pukul telur dan masukkan ke dalam periuk kuah. Setelah itu masukkan pula lada hitam dan garam secukup rasa. Akhir sekali masukkan brokoli dan jagung. Tuang kuah ke atas pasta dan bolehlah dihidangkan.
