Bahan-Bahan:
100 gm pisang, dihiris
½ biji air lemon
50 gm gula aising
200 gm badam tumbuk
1 biji telur
15 gm kismis
10 gm kepingan badam
200 gm kulit pai		 Bahan-bahan kulit pai:
500 gm tepung gandum
250 gm mentega
100 gm gula aising
2 biji telur
Cara:
Gaul pisang hiris bersama kismis dan air lemon. Pukul telur, gula aising dan badam tumbuk hingga rata. Masukkan pisang. Kacau hingga sebati. Alas kulit pai pada acuan pai berukuran 15.24 sm. Kemudian tuang bahan-bahan pisang ke dalam acuan pai dan tabur kepingan badam di atasnya. Bakar hingga masak pada suhu 180 darjah.

Cara membuat kulit pai:
Pukul mentega bersama gula aising hingga berkrim. Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji. Pukul hingga rata. Kaup balik tepung ke dalam adunan hingga menjadi doh. Sejukkan doh. sebelum digunakan.
