Bahan-Bahan:
250 gm mentega
150 gm gula halus
125 gm badam kisar
50 gm badam kisar, untuk tabur
2 camca sedang tepung jagung
1 biji kuning telur
Sedikit esen vanila
Tepung berserbuk penaik secukupnya
1 biji kuning telur untuk disapu
Cara:
Kacau mentega bersama gula hingga putih. Masukkan telur dan esen vanila. Kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan kedua-dua jenis tepung dan badam hiris. Uli menggunakan tangan hingga tidak melekat pada jari. Canai dan terap mengikut suka. Sapu kuning telur dan tabur badam kisar di atasnya. Bakar pada kepanasan 150 darjah hingga kuning.
