½ kg daging(ditumbuk halus)
5 ulas bawang merah(ditumbuk halus)
3 ulas bawang putih(ditumbuk halus)
1 biji buah pala(ditumbuk halus)		 2 pokok daun sup(dihiris halus)
2 pokok daun bawang(dihiris halus)
100 gm bawang goreng
4 biji telur
Cara:
Kentang dibersihkan, buang kulitnya, dihiris nipis & digoreng hingga empuk, dilecek. Campurkan kentang bersama daging cincang & gaul.Campurkan daun sup
, daun bawang, bawang goreng & bahan yang ditumbuk. Uli hingga kesemua bahan sekata & boleh dibentuk. Bentukkan adunan bergedel seperti bebola & leperkan setebal 1cm. Celupkan bergedel tadi dalam telur yang telah dipukul sedikit. Goreng hingga keperang-perangan
