Bahan-Bahan:
5 ekor ikan rebus
15 biji cabai burung
2 biji cabai hijau
2 biji tomato
5-7 biji kacang botol
3 biji bawang besar
air asam jawa (sedikit)
limau nipis / limau purut
Cara:
ikan rebus dibersihkan dan digoreng sehingga agak garing. potong dadu cabai burung,hijau,bawang besar,tomato dan kacang botol. ikan rebus yg telah digoreng di siat halus isinya dan dicampur dgn bhan2 diatas.gaulkan semua sehingga sebati dan perahkan limau dan air asam jawa.tambahkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.hidangkan bersama nasi putih.
Cadangan Hidangan:
kerabu disejukkan dahulu didalam peti ais sebelum dihidangkan.
