Bahan-Bahan:
1 biji labu sederhana besar
200 g tepung pulut
1 ketul gula melaka, dipotong dadu
1 periuk kecil air
½ biji kelapa parut
Sedikit garam
Cara:
Labu dipotong dadu dan direbus hingga empuk. Lenyek labu sebelum digaul tepung pulut hingga sebati. Buat bebola kecil dan isi tengahnya dengan dadu gula melaka. Masak air di dalam periuk hingga mendidih. Masukkan bebola labu di dalam air mendidih. Angkat apabila ia terapung. Golek bebola labu di atas kelapa parut yang digaul sedikit garam.
