Bahan-Bahan:
6 biji timun
10 helai daun pegaga
1 mangkuk cina kecil isi buah nipah
½ gelas cuka nipah
3 gelas air masak		 (Dijadikan sirap)
1 gelas gula pasir
1 gelas air
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
1 helai daun pandan
Sehiris halia
Cara:
Timun dan daun pegaga dibasuh dan dipotong kecil-kecil. Kemudian dimesin hingga hancur (timun hendaklah dibuang bijinya terlebih dahulu). Tapis bahan yang telah dimesin tadi dengan menggunakan kain maslin. Campurkan jus dengan sirap yang telah sejuk dan kacau supaya rata. Masukkan isi buah nipah dan beberapa keping timun yang telah dipotong dadu. Hidang dengan ketulan air batu.
