Cara:
1. Pastikan minyak panas
2. Masukkan telur (kuning jgn pecah)
3. Tuangkan kicap diatas telur
4. Tabur kan serbuk lada diatas kicap+telur
5. Sendukkan minyak panas siram diatas telur tadi.
6. Sebelum kuning telur keras, angkat dan hidangkan
